Job DescriptionAs a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will work closely with all departments, including sales, service, and parts, to create engaging content that promotes our dealership, services, and events.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create and curate engaging content including text, images, videos, and infographics.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and drive engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales and service departments to promote special offers, new arrivals, and dealership events.
- Respond to customer inquiries and reviews on social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and achieve marketing goals.
