- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between Business Development, Director of Creative Operations, VP of Social Media, Regional Directors and various departments to align marketing strategies and objectives.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee tasks such as coordinating trade show appearances, digital marketing initiatives, blog and website updates, email marketing campaigns, and content distribution.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive brand image.
- Event Management: Drive the firm's presence at key conferences and industry events, coordinating logistics and promotional activities.
- Internal Marketing: Develop strategies to market our services to existing clients, enhancing client engagement and retention.
- Award and Speaking Engagements: Proactively seek opportunities to gain recognition for the agency through award submissions and coordinating speaking engagements.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing project management, preferably within a multi-office environment.
- Proficiency with Asana or similar project management tools.
