Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Screening & Applications Manager. As a key member of our multifamily team, you will be responsible for managing the centralized application process and a team of Screening & Applications Specialists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Screening & Applications Specialists to ensure timely and efficient processing of applications
  • Contribute to cultivating an excellent applicant-to-resident experience by establishing check-ins with applicants
  • Ensure timely generation and delivery of applicant and move-in documentation
  • Drive conversations and collections on all pre-move-in items
  • Engage with communities to provide scheduled reports
  • Partner with Community managers and onsite teams to resolve disputes or concerns
Requirements
  • Strong 5+ years experience in a sales or customer service role; experience in the multifamily industry preferred
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent industry experience required
  • Preferred experience leading teams with 20+ direct reports
  • Prior contact center experience
  • Experience managing teams to meet KPIs & set metrics
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and leadership skills
  • Stellar attention to detail and organization skills
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Funnel, RealPage, and OneSite applications
