Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Supervise and direct construction personnel and subcontractors, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement business development plans to drive growth and revenue in the multifamily construction sector.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Prepare and present project reports, including status updates and financial analysis.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring smooth project execution.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, with a focus on multifamily and commercial projects.
  • Proven track record of managing complex construction projects, from ground up to completion.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct construction personnel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, architects, and engineers.
  • Proficient in MS Office and construction management software.
