Key Account Growth Manager

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in West Kendall is a part of a national wellness industry leader, offering a franchise model with the benefits of independence. Our spa has an established client base, developed staff, and growing sales numbers.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of $54,000 per year, plus up to $8,000 in additional bonuses, as well as opportunities for growth and professional development.
Job DescriptionThe Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving growth and expansion at our spa location. Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing current spa performance and developing effective sales strategies to expand our reach and client base.
- Training front desk sales professionals to maximize performance and drive sales numbers.
- Motivating the team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Generating spa leads and clientele through prospecting, marketing, and lead generation efforts.
The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of management experience in the salon/spa, retail, or hospitality industry, with a strong track record of sales growth and team leadership.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- A flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
