Job Title: Senior Business Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Growth Manager to lead and expand our business development efforts in the Southern Florida market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business development strategies that align with the firm's overall objectives, drive growth, and promote a single culture.
  • Market Expansion: Lead the positioning of the firm in the market, directing the appropriate promotion, marketing, and institutional relations plans while identifying and pursuing new market opportunities.
  • Partnership Development: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry leaders.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve or exceed revenue targets. Set performance goals, track progress, and provide ongoing feedback and support.
  • Client Relationship Management: Oversee key client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for business development activities, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Operational Leadership: Coordinate, monitor, and control the operational functioning of business development by directing the growth plans developed by client leaders.
  • Program & Project Development: Develop and execute a proprietary business plan that generates high-level, high-impact new business opportunities.
  • Strategic Alignment: Integrate direct and supervise the execution of the commercial plans of the two practice areas and their capabilities.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with strategic partners and clients, generating trust and positioning the brand effectively.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to the CEO/Regional Director on business development activities, sales performance, market trends, and operational outcomes.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing business development team. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in a related business development or sales leadership role within the professional services industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics and business strategy.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
