Job Overview

As an Associate, you will acquire problem-solving methodologies, processes, and relevant software applications to enhance client engagements, significantly impacting deliverables and fostering direct client interactions. Your tasks will be closely supervised by seasoned team members.

Our employee-owners take pride in their capacity to apply rigorous analytical techniques and innovative thinking, aiding clients in navigating complex resource planning and management challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of client needs, project goals, and the interrelation of your contributions to overall objectives.
  • Gather, organize, and assess both quantitative and qualitative data necessary for addressing specific client challenges.
  • Formulate methodologies or strategies to tackle client issues, utilizing techniques such as regression analysis, optimization, simulation, and visualization tools like Technomics' Galaxy Charts.
  • Execute the developed methodologies, which may involve creating Excel-based models to generate analytical outcomes.
  • Draft comprehensive documentation, including technical reports, memoranda, and presentations, detailing the data and analytical methods employed, results obtained, and subsequent insights and recommendations.
  • Articulate and defend your work, both in progress and completed, to colleagues and clients in various settings.
  • Achieve proficiency in diverse software applications to efficiently and transparently resolve client issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., economics, engineering, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or business) with a minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0.
  • A self-motivated individual who is creative, analytical, and enjoys tackling complex problems collaboratively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey technical information effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • A keen interest in addressing government resource allocation challenges.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a minimum of Secret security clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • A desire to contribute to the success of an employee-owned organization that provides a stake in the business.
