Analytical Associate

As an Associate, you will gain insights into problem-solving methodologies, processes, and relevant software applications that support client projects, allowing you to make a tangible impact on deliverables and engage directly with clients. Your work will be closely supervised by seasoned team members.

Key Responsibilities- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of client needs, project objectives, and the interrelation of your work with overall project goals.
- Gather, organize, and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data necessary for addressing specific client challenges.
- Formulate methodologies or approaches to tackle client issues, utilizing quantitative techniques such as regression, optimization, and simulation, as well as visualization tools like Technomics' Galaxy Charts.
- Execute the developed methodologies, which may involve creating Excel-based models to apply analytical techniques effectively.
- Draft written reports, memoranda, and presentations that detail the data and analytical methods employed, the results obtained, and the insights and recommendations derived.
- Communicate findings and defend your work to colleagues and clients in both informal and formal settings.
- Enhance your proficiency in various software applications to solve client problems efficiently and transparently.
- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., economics, engineering, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or business) with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- A self-motivated individual who is curious, analytical, and enjoys tackling complex problems in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey technical information effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- A keen interest in addressing government resource allocation challenges.
- Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and deliverables simultaneously.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a minimum of Secret security clearance.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- A desire to contribute to the success of an employee-owned organization that offers a stake in the business.
