About the Role

PGIM Real Estate is seeking a highly skilled Senior Investment Associate to join our Mid-Atlantic/Florida Loan Originations Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting the Loan Officer in all aspects of the loan origination process, including analysis and underwriting, debt structuring, pricing strategy, and transaction negotiation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Loan Officer in sourcing and originating commercial real estate debt investments for PGIM's various investors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective borrowers and intermediaries while maintaining and building enduring relationships with existing clients across the platform.
  • Manage training and maintain oversight for the team's analysts.
  • Interact with existing and prospective borrowers, intermediaries, industry peers, and the legal community on deals.
  • Assist the Loan Officer in creating presentations to senior management for pricing and loan authorization, due diligence review, and transaction negotiation.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate lending.
  • Strong quantitative skills and demonstrated analytical ability.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as an integral member of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) required.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and attend industry events and conferences, required.
