KARL STORZ HR Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic HR Coordinator to support our team in providing exceptional service to employees throughout the leave process. As a key member of our HR Operations team, you will ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies, and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee leave requests from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Stay up-to-date on legislative changes and ensure policy compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and external vendors.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports on leave trends, usage, and compliance metrics.
  • Collaborate on HR projects and training initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of HR experience, with a focus on leave management and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of leave laws (FMLA, ADA) and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS, Microsoft Office, and leave management software (a plus).
