KARL STORZ is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our team in leave management and compliance. As a key member of our HR Operations team, you'll provide exceptional support to employees throughout the leave process, ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies, and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee leave requests from start to finish, ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Stay up-to-date on legislative changes and ensure policy compliance
  • Communicate clearly with employees, managers, and external vendors to resolve leave-related issues
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports on leave trends, usage, and compliance metrics
  • Collaborate on HR projects and training initiatives to enhance leave management and employee support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of HR experience, with a focus on leave management and employee relations
  • Strong knowledge of leave laws (FMLA, ADA) and best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in HRIS, Microsoft Office, and leave management software (a plus)
