Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute relationship strategies to grow sales, revenue, and market share with clients.
- Manage risk and complexity of client needs, working independently and mentoring other team members as needed.
- Create and drive strategies to acquire and expand client relationships, generating revenue and deepening share of wallet.
- Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services.
- Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and existing clients, identifying and mitigating different types of risk.
- Focus on client opportunities, providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of client needs and financial well-being.
- Drive client engagement and loyalty, generating ideas and best practices within Relationship Management and mentoring others.
- Manage a network of senior internal and external relationships to acquire new clients and expand existing ones, enhancing the client experience.
- Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk for complex credit requests, utilizing advanced credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.
- University/college degree required; higher education desirable.
- 8+ years of industry-relevant experience.
- Formal credit training and experience with middle market clients (50mm - 500mm in revenue) covering San Gabriel Valley.
- Strong business acumen, client relationship management, and customer experience management skills.
- Ability to analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk for complex credit requests.
