Job Summary

The Relationship Manager is a key role at Citizens Business Bank, responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of Commercial and/or Commercial Real Estate clients. This includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow and maintain a portfolio of Commercial and/or Commercial Real Estate clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor and analyze client relationships, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong understanding of commercial banking and/or commercial real estate markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven sales and business development skills, with a track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
