About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Relationship Manager to join our Development Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating major donors, building relationships with influential individuals, and communicating with supporters to advance our mission.
Key Responsibilities:- Support major donor development by identifying and cultivating major donors, including Leadership Circle members.
- Build relationships with major donors, prospects, and Leadership Circle members by maintaining a professional presence and being an ambassador for our work and campaigns.
- Communicate with supporters through regular updates, notes, cards, invitations, and reports to build trust and relationships.
- Organize events, such as annual retreats, quarterly briefings, webinars, and roundtable discussions, to cultivate relationships and raise our organization's visibility.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-driven, sharp, detail-oriented, and extremely organized.
- Interest in supporting the fundraising infrastructure that provides financial resources for social and political change.
- Creative, flexible, and able to work as part of a team.
The Public Interest Network offers a competitive salary range of $38,000-$50,000, an excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan with employer match, and opportunities for advancement.
