Job Overview

Join Ripple Fiber as a Construction Management Lead and take charge of leading and directing all aspects of new site development.

This role requires a highly skilled individual with 10+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry, including strong management and engineering skills.

Key Accountabilities
  • Manage and supervise construction staff on various projects.
  • Deliver high-quality customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Plan, review, and execute site development projects within budget and schedule constraints.
  • Monitor and report on project expenses, progress, and any incidents or damages.
  • Collaborate with city officials to ensure smooth project execution and communicate project status, damages, and completion dates.
  • Comply with company safety policies, OSHA/EPA regulations, and industry standards.
  • Ensure project sites meet community aesthetic standards post-completion.
  • Support broadband construction efforts as needed.
