Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Construction Project Manager to lead our Data Center projects. This role requires strong project management skills, experience with electrical distribution systems, and the ability to work calmly under deadlines.

About You

To be successful in this position, you should have at least 3 years of experience in Electrical Construction Project Management, with a focus on large-scale IT/Telecommunications Infrastructure projects. Your expertise should include Data Center electrical distribution systems, cabling, and white space fit-out. Additionally, you should have experience with retrofits in operational facilities and cross-discipline critical facility systems.

Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams to manage construction of Data Centers, ensuring compliance with company, client, and project policies.
  • Generate estimates, review project proposals, establish project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Supervise project execution to meet design, budget, and schedule requirements, and coordinate activities of staff and subcontractors.
  • Work directly with vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery, and conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong client and employee relationships, and provide consistent reports and updates to senior management.
