Customer Service Representative

At O'GARA Westlake Village, we are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, answering calls, and providing a welcoming environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate a multi-line phone system to answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate person or department.
- Communicate with callers in an efficient manner, minimizing the time they are put on hold.
- Take detailed messages when a call cannot be completed, including name, phone number, time of call, and information requested to be delivered to the appropriate party.
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer customers' questions.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and calls received.
- Maintain the general office filing system and receive deliveries, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
- Follow the procedure for time clocks and ensure proper clocking in and out of work daily.
- Maintain a professional appearance and neat work area.
- Take inventory of office supplies and refreshments, restock as needed.
- Handle retail apparel sales and perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry experience.
- Multi-line telephone experience.
- Professional appearance and disposition.
- Fluent in the English language.
- Strong listening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to convey messages to employees clearly and quickly.

Compensation: $20-$25/hour depending on experience.
