Job Title: BRING YOU DOG TO WORK Customer Service and Inbound Sales RepJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Inbound, Direct to Consumer team as a Customer Service and Inbound Sales Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle an average of 40-60 inbound calls per day, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to build trust and loyalty
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding products and their uses, applying knowledge of the field and product features to match products to customer needs
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell based on customer needs, providing personalized recommendations to drive sales growth
  • Maintain accurate customer records in our database, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
  • Collect and enter orders into our CRM system, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Perform other related duties as assigned, including administrative tasks such as verifying e-store orders and processing returns
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Active listening skills, with the ability to understand and address customer concerns
  • Computer literacy and willingness to learn, with a focus on CRM and sales software
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting sales and customer service targets
  • Prior call center experience a plus, with a focus on sales and customer service
  • Bilingual a plus, with a focus on communicating with customers in their preferred language
