We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Event Operations to join our team at Ned DC. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for directing and organizing the administration of the Banquet and Catering departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement service guidelines, training, and standards of operations for the department.
  • Communicate and delegate responsibility and authority for the department to the catering and banquet management team and administrative support staff.
  • Prepare and furnish reports for forecast, budget information, and cost controls.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
  • Direct supervision of the Event Managers and the execution of all event functions.
