Job Title: Head of Project Management

Guidehouse is seeking a highly skilled Head of Project Management to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading project management initiatives and collaborating with our program management office (PMO) team to manage and enhance business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the PMO team to manage and enhance business processes
  • Facilitate meetings and develop client communications and reports
  • Develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Identify and report on risks and issues
  • Apply agile framework concepts and deliver solutions to complex program management challenges
Requirements:
  • Active and maintained TOP SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Three or more years of experience supporting PMO-related projects or initiatives
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a variety of project environments
  • Experience working with and briefing senior-level government stakeholders
