Hybrid Remote Work Schedule Pay Rate:
$37-41/Hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team as a key member of our HR department. The successful candidate will partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that support the strategic growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Provide thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
- Offer timely information and education on HR issues to all levels of the organization.
- Coach and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.
- Participate in the development of HR programs, including recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development.
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience in HR leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience in various HR functional areas.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, proactive, responsive, detail-oriented, organized, and flexible.
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in HR preferred.
