About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team at Velocity Ventures. As an Assistant Manager for Human Resources, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's compensation and benefits strategies, as well as providing expert guidance to employees on personnel-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compensation and Benefits Development: Review and optimize existing compensation guidelines, and develop and implement new processes and projects to ensure fair and competitive compensation practices.
  • Employee Support: Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support on personnel-related issues, and conducting regular feedback discussions to ensure employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • HR Operations: Support employees throughout their employment lifecycle, from employment contracts to work certificates, and take on important tasks in day-to-day operations, including issuing contracts and certificates.
  • Personnel Data Management: Assist with the management of personnel data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Business Psychology/Education, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in human resources, with a focus on compensation and benefits, HR operations, and employee support.
  • Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
