Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Our company is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing HR functions and possess a relevant certificate.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from creating compelling job descriptions, identifying and attracting candidates to interviewing, selecting, and onboarding new employees, including educating new hires on HR policies, internal procedures, training sessions, and regulations.
-Manage employee pay, benefits, leave, and weekly payroll.
-Administer employee benefits programs, improvements to current plans, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies and designs and implement company-wide policies and standards.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
