WHAT TO EXPECT:

Key Responsibilities

As a Catering and Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing Outstanding Guest Experiences
  • Ensuring Well-Prepared Catering Teams
  • Facilitating Seamless Event Operations
  • Receiving Positive Feedback from Industry Partners

In this role, you will act as our on-site representative, overseeing the catering team and managing the event's flow from start to finish.

Compensation:

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $24 to $32, based on relevant experience, plus tips at select events.

Work Schedule:

This is a PART-TIME and TEMPORARY position. Our busiest season runs from May to October, with events primarily on weekends. The event schedule is provided in advance, allowing you to choose shifts that align with your availability.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Regular availability on Saturdays, with a minimum of 2 Saturdays per month
  • 5+ years of experience in the hospitality sector, particularly in event management
  • 2+ years in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, ideally as an Event Captain, Banquet Captain, or Lead Server
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle
  • Basset Certification and Servsafe Food Handler Certificate are required.
