WHAT TO EXPECT:

Your Responsibilities:

As a Catering and Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring our guests receive outstanding care.
  • Leading well-prepared catering teams.
  • Facilitating seamless event execution.
  • Gathering enthusiastic feedback from industry partners.

In this role, you will act as our representative on-site, overseeing the catering team and managing the entire event flow from start to finish.

Compensation:

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $24 to $32, based on relevant experience, plus tips at select events.

Work Schedule:

This is a part-time, temporary position. Our busiest season runs from May to October, with events primarily scheduled on weekends. You will have advance notice of the event calendar, allowing you to select shifts that align with your availability.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Availability for at least two Saturdays per month.
  • A minimum of 5 years in the hospitality sector, with a focus on events.
  • At least 2 years in a leadership capacity within the hospitality field, ideally as an Event Captain, Banquet Captain, or Lead Server.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are required.
  • Basset Certification and Servsafe Food Handler Certificate are necessary.

We transport our complete kitchen, including a mobile wood-fired oven, to various events across the region.
