We are seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to join our Administrative Services Team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a professional office environment, supporting senior executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to C-Suite Executives, VP/AVP's, and Directors.
  • Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
  • Assist with projects, data research, and database management.
  • Provide front desk support and be the face of Franciscan Ministries.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a professional office environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Diplomacy, discretion, and tact in internal and external communications.
  • Extensive computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
