Role Summary:
We are currently seeking a Return Specialist who will deliver exceptional, friendly, and efficient service throughout the rental car return process. This role is crucial in ensuring that customers receive professional, knowledgeable, and courteous assistance while accurately completing all transactions. The Return Specialist will prioritize customer needs and adhere to our high-quality service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome all customers with a friendly demeanor as they arrive.
  • Remind customers to check for personal belongings and document any items left in vehicles.
  • Communicate rental charges clearly and provide accurate receipts.
  • Offer professional assistance regarding transportation options to the airport terminal.
  • Gather feedback on service satisfaction and document any concerns.
  • Inspect returned vehicles for damage and guide customers to the appropriate counter for reporting.
  • Ensure vehicles are returned with a full tank of gas.
  • Complete service alerts for any mechanical or body damage reported by customers.
  • Identify and manage vehicles flagged for maintenance or special handling.
  • Maintain an organized lot to facilitate smooth traffic flow.
  • Understand and explain rental agreements, fuel services, and optional coverages.
  • Familiarize with the damage loss reporting procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office applications is necessary.
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required.
  • Availability to work the specified schedule is essential.
