Role Summary: The Return Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional, friendly, and efficient service throughout the rental car return process. This position involves assisting customers with their vehicle returns, ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers with a friendly demeanor as they arrive.
  • Remind customers to check for personal belongings and document any items left in vehicles.
  • Review rental charges with customers and provide accurate receipts.
  • Offer professional assistance regarding transportation options to the airport terminal.
  • Gather feedback on service satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Inspect returned vehicles for damage and guide customers through the necessary reporting process.
  • Ensure vehicles are returned with a full tank of gas and complete service alerts for any reported issues.
  • Organize the lot for optimal traffic flow and accessibility.
  • Understand and explain rental agreements, fuel services, and optional coverages.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office applications is necessary.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
  • Able to work the specified schedule.
