Job Title:

The Sales and Service Lead is a critical role within our team at Brahmin Leather Works LLC, responsible for driving sales growth, leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer service. This dynamic leader will be responsible for managing store operations, developing sales strategies, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience and location

About the Position:

  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets
  • Maintain a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and motivate staff to achieve their best
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience in luxury goods or retail
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree required
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
