Sales Team Lead

The Sales Lead is a highly skilled professional responsible for supporting Management in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture within the store. This role is key in driving sales and profitability while ensuring a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and communicate clear expectations to ensure store teams meet brand, performance, and behavior standards.
- Schedule and supervise associates to ensure proper floor coverage and meet fiscal guidelines.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to present and display merchandise effectively.
- Develop a high-performance culture by motivating sales teams to meet sales and productivity goals.
Additional responsibilities include training and coaching sales teams, maintaining standards in merchandise handling and presentation, and communicating with store teams and management to lead positive change.
