Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Outreach Specialist to join our team at MSIGHTS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, marketing, and technology.

About the Role:

  • Lead prospect research and outreach efforts in the US market.
  • Leverage business development tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot to source new leads and manage the sales process.
  • Focus on achieving targets through weekly and monthly outbound marketing efforts and setting up discovery and platform demo video meetings for the senior sales team.
  • Regularly read industry publications and news sources for lead and account opportunities.
  • Write value-adding communications to leads as part of an overall outbound communications strategy.
  • Document all outbound sales tactics in HubSpot, including call notes, next steps, and related lead/account notes.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience in a B2B BDR or SDR role, ideally from a SaaS company.
  • Self-motivated and willing to take the initiative to learn how our platform can help enterprise marketers make better decisions with better data, processes, and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work well with internal teams.
  • A strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, LinkedIn, and CRM or Marketing Automation platforms, with HubSpot experience being a bonus.
  • Exceptional follow-up skills, and experience balancing persistence with value-adding prospect communications.
