Position Overview:

The Assistant Account Executive, referred to within our organization as Campaign Support Specialist, plays a vital role in our mission by assisting in the development, execution, and assessment of communication strategies for various social impact campaigns.

In this position, you will engage with leading advertising agencies and content creators to craft compelling campaigns, strategize social media outreach, and collaborate with corporate partners on their social responsibility initiatives. Your contributions will ensure the seamless operation of the account team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen interest in the latest trends in marketing and social advocacy. This role may require occasional travel for team meetings and campaign-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the account team in managing the strategic and creative aspects of 2-4 integrated multimedia campaigns through various tasks:
    • Keep the team informed on campaign progress and significant milestones.
    • Organize administrative tasks and communications related to campaign development, including timelines and meeting preparations.
    • Maintain accurate campaign budgets, financial records, and vendor agreements.
    • Facilitate collaboration between clients, partner agencies, and vendors by coordinating meetings and gathering feedback.
    • Assist in drafting media marketing and promotional materials for campaigns.
    • Work with the team to analyze and report on campaign performance metrics.
    • Aid in social media and digital content development efforts.
  • Foster collaborative relationships both internally and externally to support the account team.
  • Conduct research on competitors, partners, and relevant trends to inform campaign strategies.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of campaign assets and vendor information.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in account or project management, preferably in advertising or marketing.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Proven leadership experience through team involvement or extracurricular activities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A commitment to social change and advocacy.
