Position Overview:

The Campaign Support Specialist (referred to internally as Project Coordination Executive) plays a vital role in our organization, assisting in the development, execution, and assessment of communication strategies for multiple social initiatives each year.

In this role, you will collaborate with leading advertising agencies and content creators to craft compelling campaigns, contribute to the strategic direction of social and digital initiatives, and engage with corporate partners on their community-focused programs. Your responsibilities will include supporting the account team and ensuring seamless operations in a dynamic work environment.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional project manager with excellent communication skills, a strong desire to learn about current trends in marketing, and a commitment to social advocacy. This position may require occasional travel for team meetings and campaign-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the account team in managing the strategic and creative processes for 2-4 comprehensive multimedia campaigns through various tasks:
    • Keep the cross-functional team informed about campaign progress and key milestones.
    • Organize administrative tasks and communications related to campaign development, including timelines and meeting preparations.
    • Maintain accurate and current campaign budgets, financial records, and vendor agreements.
    • Facilitate collaboration between clients, partner agencies, and vendors by scheduling meetings and coordinating feedback.
    • Draft and manage media marketing and promotional materials for campaigns.
    • Work with the team to analyze and report on real-time campaign performance metrics.
    • Support social media and digital initiatives, including content review and quality assurance.
  • Foster collaborative relationships both internally and externally to support the account team.
  • Conduct research on competitors, partners, and relevant trends to inform campaign strategies.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of campaign assets and vendor information.

Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in account or project management, preferably in advertising or marketing.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Proven leadership experience in team settings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A genuine passion for social advocacy and community engagement.
