As a Technical Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring client success through effective marketing automation implementations and operations. Your expertise will guide clients in leveraging Digital Alchemy's best practices to address their unique challenges and fulfill their marketing objectives. Additionally, you will provide essential technical pre-sales support, showcasing Adobe products such as Campaign Classic and Journey Optimizer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client marketing needs and deliver tailored technical solutions for data and marketing challenges.
- Conduct and present technical demonstrations of Adobe Experience Platform products.
- Create and supply comprehensive technical documentation, including specifications and solution architecture, for client projects.
- Engage in hands-on implementation of Adobe Experience Platform products.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients by offering innovative marketing solutions in a dynamic environment.
- Deliver strategic recommendations for the implementation of digital campaign platforms with confidence.
- Evaluate client data and current campaigns to identify opportunities for additional projects that enhance value.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to provide relevant recommendations.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns and campaign management applications is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and database relationship management, with experience handling large and complex datasets.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform products, including Adobe Campaign Classic and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Proven track record in managing multiple key projects or consultative roles, demonstrating success in delivering value for clients.
- Effective problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving business outcomes.
- Ability to learn quickly and work both independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
