Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Service Office Coordinator to join our team at Catholic Charities Worcester County. This is a full-time position that will provide case management to individuals and families accessing services through our area offices.

The successful candidate will assume the responsibilities of the area administrator in their absence, assist in the development and growth of our programs, volunteer coordination and management, and the implementation of wraparound services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide case management to individuals and families accessing services through our area offices
  • Assume the responsibilities of the area administrator in their absence
  • Assist in the development and growth of our programs
  • Coordinate and manage volunteers
  • Implement wraparound services

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in social work, human services, or a related field
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience with case management, working with families and individuals in need also preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Bilingual skills preferred
