Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY:

Provide administrative support for the Customer Service division to enhance the manufacturing process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Process customer sales orders efficiently.

2. Coordinate with Production Control to expedite orders.

3. Update acknowledgment dates in the Order Management system on a daily basis.

4. Review the Sales Order-Open Order Report against the Production Schedule for the upcoming three weeks.

5. Prepare and submit a marked-up report to Customer Service representatives for their evaluation on a monthly basis.

6. Organize and maintain customer sales order files on a daily basis.

7. Provide backup support via telephone for Customer Service Representatives.

8. Assist with special projects as needed.

9. Complete all required corporate training.

10. Adhere to ISO-9001 quality standards.

11. Establish and monitor personal and business objectives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Proven experience with MS Office applications (including MS Excel and MS Word) and familiarity with Windows operating systems.

• Strong computer skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing customer service setting is a plus.
