Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Member Service Representative to join our team at Digital FCU. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and meet the financial needs of new and existing members by building strong relationships and providing personalized service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote DCU products and services, and achieve assigned sales goals.
  • Process loan requests, verify documents, and conduct loan closings in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Provide accurate and timely processing of teller transactions, assist with end-of-day balancing, and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct audits of membership applications, account maintenance forms, and completed loan files to ensure compliance with DCU policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to all DCU policies and procedures, including security compliance and risk management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external members, incorporating the Guiding Principles of DCU's culture.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of related experience in a financial services or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn DCU systems.
  • Bilingual skills a plus.
Work Environment

This role operates in a professional office environment, with occasional coverage in other business areas required.

Physical Demands

This is a largely sedentary role, requiring regular standing, talking, hearing, and use of hands and fingers to handle objects, tools, or controls.
