Job Summary
This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a revolutionary neuro rehabilitation program as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Working in a collaborative environment, you will provide therapeutic interventions and resource recommendations that address patients' goals to achieve personal, career, and independent living goals in integrated settings. With a focus on care coordination activities, you will act as a resource to other health team members in identifying and resolving patient needs.

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive evaluations, setting measurable objectives in conjunction with the rehab team, and assisting physicians and other health team members in understanding significant social and emotional factors related to patient health problems. You will also instruct and counsel patients and families on treating and coping with social and emotional responses connected with illnesses.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work (LCSW), current licensure in the state of practice, and a minimum of one year experience in a rehabilitation setting serving individuals who have experienced traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, or acute diagnosis. A valid CPR certification is also necessary.
