Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Lead Clinician to join our Home and Community Based, NH ISO/Fast Forward Program team. As a Lead Clinician, you will play a key role in developing and implementing effective treatment plans and programs for clients and families.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise Case Managers and Parent Aide/Educators to ensure top-quality care and service delivery
  • Therapeutically maintain an assigned caseload and provide individualized support to clients and families
  • Attend home and community visits to assess client needs and develop treatment plans
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support to clients and families

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with a major in psychology, social work, mental health, counseling, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years direct work experience assisting children and family preferred
  • Valid driver's license with reliable access to a vehicle
