Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

This position involves providing clinical support to our employees by assisting with health information, data, and facility security and safety. You will also be responsible for coordinating annual influenza vaccination programs, conducting pre-employment screenings, and developing wellness programs to improve employee health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical support to employees, including assistance with health information, data, and facility security and safety.
  • Coordinate annual influenza vaccination programs and ensure compliance.
  • Conduct pre-employment screenings, including drug screening, vital signs, vision and hearing, immunization, and evaluation of pre-existing conditions.
  • Develop and implement wellness programs to improve employee health and wellness.
  • Assist with return-to-work medical clearance and report work status to appropriate parties.
  • Perform fitness-for-duty assessments and referrals as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Baccalaureate in nursing or matriculation into a BSN program required.
  • New Hampshire Registered Nurse or Compact State Registered Nurse License required.
  • Certified in Occupational Health Nursing-Specialist required within 2 years of hire.
