About the Position:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Domiciliary Care Worker to join our team at SolutionHealth. As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will provide essential care and support to patients in their homes, promoting independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized care and support to patients, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare meals and snacks, manage medications, and perform light housekeeping tasks.
  • Report and document patient needs and responses to the Case Manager and/or Clinical Manager.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or certification in Domiciliary Care training or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in home health care or related field.
