Gpac is seeking a highly skilled Quality Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Inspector, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and compliance of products or components in various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and Test Products: Conduct thorough visual inspections and measurements of products, materials, or components using various tools and instruments to ensure that products meet defined quality specifications and standards.
  • Document Inspection Results: Maintain detailed records of inspection and testing activities, including test reports, inspection logs, and non-conformance reports.
  • Collaborate with Production Teams: Provide real-time feedback on quality issues and work together to address and resolve quality concerns promptly.
  • Participate in Quality Improvement Initiatives: Suggest process enhancements, efficiency improvements, or changes to prevent recurring quality issues.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure that products adhere to industry standards, company specifications, and relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Engineering or related degree is preferred, but technical or vocational training in quality assurance will be considered as well.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in quality inspection or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in using measurement tools, gauges, and equipment; working knowledge of GD&T (ASME); working knowledge of welding symbols; experience in preparing AS9102B First Article Inspections Reports; familiarity with relevant industry standards and quality management systems (ISO 9001 & AS9100).
