Manufacturing Process Specialist

Crown Holdings is seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team. As a Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing, evaluating, and improving manufacturing methods to ensure efficient production processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement manufacturing methods to improve product quality and reduce production costs.
- Collaborate with production team leaders and supervisors to support requirements and priority customer orders.
- Work with production and design staff to ensure efficient production methods and product design.
- Interact with management, engineering, and other staff to facilitate production processes and improve manufacturing capabilities.
- Apply statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential.
- Utilize quality tools to improve the overall product and assist with the design layout of equipment and workforce for maximum efficiency.
- 4-year degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial/Operations Management, or other general engineering/industrial degree with technical problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with quality tools such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Statistical Process Control, etc. preferred.
- Experience working in an industrial setting preferred.
