Job Title: Controls Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Controls Specialist to join our team at Stryten Energy. As a Controls Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and optimizing our manufacturing processes, ensuring high-quality production and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machine vision systems, ultrasonic welding equipment, automation equipment, and other manufacturing systems.
  • Work closely with plastic process engineers to identify problems and optimize injection molding machine performance.
  • Program changes and updates to equipment and systems as required.
  • Validate and update equipment calibration procedures.
  • Develop and maintain electrical drawings and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, technical school preferred.
  • Strong electrical knowledge and mechanical aptitude.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and MS Windows environments.
  • Understanding of network topologies, protocols, and related equipment.
