Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Acquisitions Associate. This full-time, hybrid position involves significant engagement in the real estate sector, focusing on identifying and evaluating investment prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess potential real estate investment opportunities
- Schedule and manage appointments with agents, leveraging both incoming leads and self-generated prospects
- Conduct comprehensive market research and property evaluations
- Execute due diligence, including property inspections and site evaluations
- Assist in the negotiation and structuring of acquisition deals
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, sellers, and industry stakeholders
- Conduct outreach to real estate agents and homeowners to generate leads and set appointments for the sales team
- Educate potential clients about the company's services and unique value proposition
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and manage escalated qualified opportunities
- Maintain accurate and current prospect data in the CRM system, documenting all interactions
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies and communication techniques
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion rates
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training opportunities.

Candidate Profile:
- Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to a flexible schedule
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in negotiating high-value transactions
- Driven with robust analytical and research capabilities
- A degree is advantageous but not mandatory
- Experience in real estate investment or acquisitions is preferred
- Familiarity with the distressed housing market is a plus.

Work Type:
Full-time, W2

Compensation:
Base salary of $60,000 plus commission, with on-target earnings ranging from $100,000 to $150,000.
