Core Responsibilities:
- Evaluate market dynamics, demographic shifts, and economic indicators to determine the feasibility of potential investments.
- Conduct financial assessments including cash flow analysis, return on investment (ROI), and internal rate of return (IRR).
- Assist in the due diligence process by collaborating with various internal departments and external entities, such as legal and financial teams.
- Examine property-related documents, including leases, financial records, and environmental assessments.
- Collaborate with senior executives, brokers, and other stakeholders to advance the acquisition strategy.
- Foster relationships with brokers, sellers, and industry contacts to identify prospective investment opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in English at a C1/C2 level is mandatory.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, financial analysis, or investment evaluation.
- Exceptional financial modeling and analytical capabilities, with expertise in Excel and related software.
- Comprehensive knowledge of real estate markets, investment principles, and valuation techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage extensive datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment and juggle multiple projects effectively.
