Key Responsibilities:
- Perform neighborhood assessments to discover properties suitable for acquisition.
- Record property conditions, highlighting signs of distress or investment viability.
- Accurately input detailed information into our proprietary databases.
- Maintain consistent communication with the acquisition team to share insights and updates.
- Follow established protocols for data collection and reporting.
Qualifications:
