  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Direct and supervise the daily activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
    • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of housekeeping staff.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff members.
  • Quality Control and Guest Satisfaction
    • Conduct regular room inspections to ensure that all rooms meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
    • Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Work closely with other departments to ensure that guest requests are met and exceeded.
  • Supply Management and Sustainability
    • Manage the ordering and inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
    • Implement sustainable practices and initiatives to reduce waste and minimize the hotel's environmental impact.
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Assist with deep cleaning projects and special events as needed.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
