Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced A&D Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and nurturing relationships with architects and designers in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Provide product knowledge presentations, library updates, and other events to the design community.
  • Visit customers and job sites as needed to provide product support and technical expertise.
  • Actively participate in local chapters of trade associations, including after-hours participation.
  • Maintain relationships with top subcontractors and fabricators in the market.
  • Coordinate marketing materials, including loose samples, binders, and brochures.
Account Growth Strategy:
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, cross-selling, and expanding service offerings to existing clients.
  • Set and achieve revenue growth targets.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and disciplined.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related industry preferred.
  • Sales experience in industry (architectural, design, or construction).
Work Environment:
  • Office-Based
  • Travel
