Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced A&D Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and nurturing relationships with architects and designers in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients
• Act as the primary point of contact, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction
• Conduct product knowledge presentations, library updates, lunch & learns, and various events at our showroom location
• Provide the design community with specification documents, budgetary pricing, and sample deliveries as necessary
• Visit customers and job sites as needed to provide product support and technical expertise
• Actively participate in local chapters of trade associations (ASID, IIDA, etc.)
• Maintain relationships with top subcontractors & fabricators in the market
• Coordinate all marketing materials, including loose samples, binders, and brochures needed for the territory

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Highly self-motivated and disciplined
• Bachelor's degree in a related industry preferred
• Sales experience in industry (architectural, design, or construction)
